Posting a tech job offer

Employers and search firms can post job offers for free. Please restrict your postings to tech jobs: programming, technical writing, website development, etc. The following types of jobs are acceptable: Contract, contract-to-hire, full-time, part-time/temporary, volunteer, and internship.

In the future a reasonable fee will be charged to post jobs.

We are also available to help you automatically transform the format of your current job listings into the XML format used by Jerimoth. In some cases you may be able to completely automate the process of submitting jobs to our service.

The following describes how to submit a job manually.

Creating a posting is similar to creating a profile: click the New button in the Postings section, fill out the fields, and save.

The following fields are mandatory:

Posting Name
The three fields in the Date Range section: Start Date, Expected End Date, and Actual End Date. Each of these dates must be in the format MM/DD/YY, for example 07/01/04.
As in Step 6 above, two Country Code fields need to be set with the value US. Set these two fields as follows:
- Click the Edit button in the Worksite section.
- Click the Edit button in the Position Contact section, then click the Edit button in the Postal Address section of the resulting dialog
