Preliminary version of Jerimoth released: free tech job searches and resume posting

The preliminary version of Jerimoth has been released. Jerimoth is a service that lets you search for technical jobs and submit your resume so recruiters and companies can search for you. The service is free for job seekers. During the introductory period it's free for job posters as well.

Jerimoth is a SOAP service that uses an XML format to store resumes and job postings. This means that your resume and job postings are stored in a highly-structured format that is much more robust and searchable than traditional resume and employment posting formats. The client and server were written in Java, and will be released as Open Source in the near future.

Visit jerimoth.com to download a copy of the software and begin your job search.
